“An academy of holistic daily practice: for a conscious, smart and tonic health!”

Inspired by the offerings one finds at a regular gym, we have created our Health Academy: morning, lunch break and evening sessions of guided holistic practice to promote healing of the self and others, using simple and effective techniques.

The self-esteem gym plan gives our bodies the grounds to return to a state where we feel connected with ourselves.

The best way for us to learn about a new technique, and start reaping its benefits, is to give it a try. Students will be taught a simple yet powerful method that will re-energise you from the inside, because you are attuned with yourself.

It’s an excellent plan for couples, family members, friends or anyone who aims to improve their outward communication skills. When our internal communication pathways are clear, everything around us becomes clearer.

For therapists, it is a great opportunity to explore a different technique, but also an energetic top-up that can benefit whichever practice they follow.

Programme targeted to women’s health that aims to decrease or eliminate the most common feminine ailments.

50 minutes of simple and effective self-treatment methods, inspired by holistic practice (reflexology, advanced reflexology, Tesed, Chinese, Ayurveda and quantic medicine), ideal for a carefree and balanced womanhood.

It can be combined with the Natural Beauty programme for better results.

Programme for men and women who wish to nip the root cause of aesthetic issues in the bud, using a holistic and completely natural approach.

Find out what’s behind different looks through classes of advanced reflexology self-care (Tesed method) and natural cosmetics.

It can be combined with the Self-Esteem Gym plan, Eye Fit and all other Health Academy offerings.

A programme focussed on general health: mental and emotional growth and its connection to the body.

50 minutes of simple exercises that aim to connect body and mind as a whole, energise your body and establish peaceful coexistence rules amongst its different components. The exercises are based on the teachings of Qi Qong, Tai Chi, Yoga and, most recently, Biodance, as well as scientific knowledge about movement and its importance in developing and maintaining a healthy mind.

Mind Movement is appropriate for every age and sessions can be combined with all other Health Academy offerings.

An exercise programme targeting imbalances of the nervous system, Stress Release classes include different techniques that effectively reduce anxiety and tension, work-related stress and emotional strain.

We guarantee immediate results: improved energy levels, better focus and a different and brighter outlook on life’s possibilities… will you accept the challenge?!

It can be combined with Mind Movement, for an in-depth internal equilibrium approach.

Guidelines:

Attendants must pre-book their class. There is a limited number of students per class.

Classes will open after 4 students have signed up.

The Self-Confidence Gym programme takes place over the course of 4 weeks, in a total of 8 bi-weekly sessions. It costs €60. Classes will be organised for groups of 4 students and up.
